The LGBT Collective marks Holocaust Memorial Day and remembers the victims and survivors of the Holocaust with grief, respect and sympathy.

We renew our determination to continue to work towards a world where such evil, whether directed towards an ethnicity or a sexual orientation or a gender identity or a nomadic life or any other social group or identity, is universally recognised as unthinkable.

To this end, we renew our support for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (United Nations), the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (Council of Europe), and the Human Rights Act 1998 (United Kingdom), and will continue to press for these to be further strengthened.
